McKay, Schouten Preparing To Represent Canada This Summer

Two members of the University of Winnipeg Men's Volleyball program will be busy this summer representing their home country. Current Wesmen Men's Volleyball head coach Larry McKay will lead the Canadian Men's National B Team while one of his former players, Casey Schouten will be one of the key players on the squad.

McKay and his roster consisting of 15 players are currently in Gatineau training until July 24th in preparation for the 2017 Senior Pan Am Cup, which will be held in Gatineau, Quebec. The week long tournament will feature teams including Canada, USA, Argentina, Cuba, Mexico and several others.

"We have a good mix of experienced National Team athletes and those newer to the program. These players are an important part of the development and growth of the National Team program and we are looking forward to working with them this season", said Larry McKay, Men's B Team Head Coach.
